Use your real professional identity and accurate company, role, pay, location, credential, and availability information. Sample cards are clearly labeled and never presented as live opportunities or people.
Respect the match
A match means mutual interest, not consent to pressure, harassment, off-platform payment, or unrelated marketing. Keep initial messages professional, honor scheduling boundaries, and close the loop when plans change.
Hire fairly
Evaluate people on job-related qualifications. Do not use protected characteristics or proxies for them. Provide reasonable accommodations where required and give candidates any legally required notice about automated tools.
Speak up
Use the conversation menu to report spam, scams, harassment, discrimination, misleading profiles, or unsafe behavior. Reports are private. Blocking closes the conversation and prevents future discovery between the accounts.
